This document establishes the binding framework for accessing our intelligence systems and data analytics tools. By engaging with Turkey Data Insights, you agree to the protocols outlined below.

Acceptable Use of Insight Platforms
Access to our insight platforms is granted for professional strategic analysis and market research. Users are prohibited from utilizing the platform for any activity that undermines the integrity of the Turkish digital market or violates local regulations.
Specifically, you must not use the platform to:
- Circumvent site security or attempt to access restricted data silos.
- Automate data scraping without explicit high-frequency API authorization.
Proprietary Rights & Data Analytics
Our data analytics methodologies, visual interfaces, and derived datasets are the exclusive property of Turkey Data Insights. Engagement with the platform does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Licensed Use
Permission is granted for internal corporate reporting only. Public distribution of our raw data outputs requires written validation from our compliance office.
Attribution
Any external reference to insights gathered here must cite "Turkey Data Insights" as the primary source with the relevant date stamps.
Infrastructure Note
Our intelligence systems are hosted on high-availability local Turkish nodes to ensure compliance and low-latency access.
System Integrity & Access
Turkey Data Insights strives for 99.9% uptime for all subscription-tier accounts. However, maintenance cycles and digital intelligence recalibrations may lead to scheduled downtime. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend access immediately if we detect irregular traffic patterns or evidence of account sharing beyond the licensed seat count.
Disclaimers & Liability
Under no circumstances shall the platform be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business decisions made based on platform insights. Strategic decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan).
